Every plate is beef: choose Classic Beef or Luxury Lomo beef tenderloin, then make it Plain, Napolitana, Fugazzeta, or A Caballo with two fried eggs. “A Caballo” is an Argentinian serving style—it is not horse meat. For a larger gathering, ask us for a menu tailored to your event.
