A taste of home, shared in Calgary.
Buenesa began with my love for the food I grew up with and a desire to share the true taste of Argentinian milanesa with my Calgary community.
I started by preparing each milanesa the way it should be made: by hand, with quality ingredients, traditional technique, and plenty of care. What began as food for family and friends grew into local events, catering, and frozen products that make an authentic homemade meal easy to enjoy.
For me, Buenesa is more than a business. It is a way to keep tradition alive, bring people together, and make every customer feel welcome at the table.
